For many of us we have grown up with TV and have spent a large portion of our lives losing our imaginations and feelings in the goings on of our favorite TV shows. We watch TV to see what our most beloved TV characters get up to each week no matter whether they are trying to solve crimes, bring up a family or even hanging around in bars or coffee shops. A number of us also like to watch reality TV shows where we can learn to love or hate the contestants and support them in their quests to shed weight, fix their cars or houses, or even win significant sums of money. TV could also be extremely educational and there is plenty of programming available to try and enrich our lives and improve our knowledge of foods, geography, medicine, technology and history to name a few. News channels also help us to stay informed about what is occurring around us and in the remainder of the globe.
